This website provides a workspace to upload pre-written contracts and documents and the ability to request eSignatures effortlessly. We use this for Contracts as well as Terms and Conditions documents. It’s efficient and so easy to use for ourselves and our clients which makes it the perfect HR signage tool.

2. Trello
Trello is a collaboration tool that organises projects into separate boards to tell you what is being worked on, who’s doing it and what process is occurring. This is, in effect, the digital version of a whiteboard with hundreds of sticky notes describing tasks. Trello helps our company to visualise all of the tasks we need to complete for our clients and to be able to see what each employee is currently working on.

3. HubSpot
We use HubSpot as they offer a complete CRM platform with all of the integrations and tools needed to grow our business and stay on trach of current and previous work. We can monitor our working pipeline, whether clients are leads, current or dormant as well as being able to track all communications we may have with clients through emails and by phone. We have recently started using HubSpot for the Recruitment branch of our business and are planning to move over all HR related work very soon because we are so impressed with this tool.

4. HR Inform
This is a paid service which provides help and advice to HR professionals who are struggling with a certain circumstance. They provide customisable templates and absence calculators which can make dealing with HR queries easier as it gives you a base on which to build using your own knowledge. This is a great tool to use to confirm any doubts you may have about a situation.

5. BreatheHR
BreatheHR allows HR consultants to offer their clients more as they can save time on people-admin. This software alleviates the need for clunky and outdated spreadsheets and makes way for an easy to use online system which your clients will love.
